自動上料攪拌車容易出現的常識性錯誤!

自上料攪拌車的車輪維修中,少數攪拌車司機為了防止車輪上螺栓螺母生銹,安裝時別出心裁地將螺栓螺母都涂上潤滑油,殊不知這種做法不僅錯誤,而且給自動上料攪拌車行車安全帶來一定的隱患。螺栓和螺母擰緊后,相互間具有自鎖的特性。而涂上潤滑油后,二者之間的自鎖系數變小、自鎖性能下降。在自上料攪拌車高速行駛時,螺栓螺母很容易松動乃至脫落,從而引發自上料攪拌車行車事故。

內部夏天到了,常見私家車主們一邊用水沖洗車身,一邊用抹布擦拭,在此要提醒攪拌車司機的是:車身內部更好不要用水直接沖洗。因為駕駛室內地板膠墊的下面可不是“一馬平川”,結構上的需要使駕駛室地板膠墊下面的凹槽、通孔非常多。用水沖洗后,要么沉積在凹槽內不易干燥,要么從通孔處流到自動上料攪拌車變速箱等部件上產生銹蝕。尤其是密封性能較好的自動上料攪拌車更不能用水直接沖洗車身內部。正確的方法是用濕抹布擦拭,但要避免積水。

誰都知道自動上料攪拌車發動機冷卻液不足時應及時添加,但司機是否把不同品牌的冷卻液溫在一起使用了呢?如果是,勸司機還是趁早把冷卻液放掉,重新添加同一品牌的冷卻液。因為不同品牌的冷卻液其化學性能可能相差懸殊,比如對黑色金屬有效的防腐劑,卻常常對自動上料攪拌車鋁制品有腐蝕作用;而適用于鋁臺金的防腐劑則對鐵合金有害。由于不同品牌的冷卻液所用的防腐劑不同,所以不能混合使用。
